2. Conduct guided tours of the cellars and vineyards, providing engaging and informative commentary.
3. Facilitate champagne tastings and support visitors in their purchasing decisions.
4. Manage the ticketing process, including scheduling and coordinating with the back office.
5. Handle daily cash operations, including opening and closing procedures.
6. Address visitor inquiries via phone and email.
7. Ensure visitor safety during tours and manage any operational issues with the tour train and elevators.
8. Participate in sales activities within the boutique and assist with special guest receptions.

1. Fluency in French, English, and ideally a third language.
2. Strong general knowledge and cultural awareness.
3. Ability to adapt to an international clientele with discretion and confidentiality.

1. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in office and IT tools.
3. Ability to lead and manage groups of up to 35 people.
4. Knowledge of history, art history, and oenology.
5. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
