Retail Merchandiser Intern

1. Participate in the development of sales objectives
2. Implement analysis tools and monitor performance
3. Monthly tracking of products by category: deliveries, sales, stocks
4. Support store and administrative managers in business management
5. Optimize product offerings to ensure maximum revenue and profitability
6. Identify and implement targeted actions per store to achieve sales targets
7. Develop Open To Buy plans
8. Optimize and monitor orders and associated actions
9. Coordinate product launches with marketing teams
10. Contribute to product offering development with the marketing department
11. Consolidate qualitative feedback from stores
12. Participate in market studies and analyses
13. Contribute to the development of sales support tools and prepare product training
14. Prepare monthly performance reviews

1. Minimum Bac + 4 with a specialization in Commerce, Distribution, Management or equivalent
2. At least 3 years of experience in retail or commercial management
3. Professional English proficiency
