- Identify recruitment needs in collaboration with managers.
- Draft and disseminate internship and apprenticeship offers.
- Select and qualify candidates for various roles.
- Conduct interviews and present candidates to hiring managers.
- Manage the closing of recruitment processes and contractual agreements.
- Participate in campus recruitment events.
- Co-animate the Emerging Talents community.
- Support onboarding and initial integration of new recruits.
- Plan and organize integration seminars.
- Monitor talent development throughout their tenure.
- Ensure completion of performance evaluations.
- Serve as a liaison for mentors and the Wines & Spirits division of LVMH.
- Contribute to the development of the Emerging Talents strategy.
- Co-develop forecasts, analyses, and community activation materials.
- Engage in strategic projects.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Management, or Human Resources.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in recruitment (internship or apprenticeship).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with ATS (Cornerstone) and HRIS (Successfactor) is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability.
- Strong prioritization, autonomy, rigor, and responsiveness.
- Fluency in English.
A minimum of 6 months of experience in recruitment, preferably in an internship or apprenticeship setting.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Management, or Human Resources.
