1. Participate in continuous improvement and modernization projects on the production site, collaborating with the production manager and various teams.
2. Independently manage a continuous improvement project, focusing on areas such as waste reduction, site communication, or storage conditions.
3. Assist in maintaining ISO certifications, including audit follow-ups, action plan management, and training.

1. Final-year student in an engineering school with a specialization in industrial management (e.g., Arts et Métiers, Mines).
2. Previous industrial experience in change management or continuous improvement is advantageous.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to integrate and lead teams.

1. Proficiency in project management and continuous improvement methodologies (DMAIC, PDCA, 5W, 6M, 5S).
2. Strong organizational, analytical, and creative skills.

Previous experience in an industrial environment focusing on change management or continuous improvement is preferred.

Final-year student in an engineering school specializing in industrial management.
