Moët Hennessy Production Engineer Intern

- Participate in continuous improvement and modernization projects on the production site, collaborating with the production manager and various teams.
- Independently manage a continuous improvement project, defined with the mentor, focusing on areas such as waste reduction, site communication, or storage conditions.
- Assist in maintaining ISO certifications on the production site, including audit follow-ups, action plan management, and standard training.
- Final year student in an engineering school with a specialization in industrial management (e.g., Arts et Métiers, Mines).
- Previous industrial experience in change management or continuous improvement is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to integrate and lead teams.
- Organized, analytical, and creative with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., DMAIC, PDCA, 5W, 6M, 5S).
