Production Engineer Intern

1. Participate in continuous improvement and modernization projects on the production site with the production manager.
2. Independently manage a continuous improvement project defined with the mentor, focusing on areas such as waste reduction, site communication, or storage conditions.
3. Assist in maintaining ISO certifications on the production site, including audit follow-ups, action plan management, and training.

1. Final year student in an engineering school with a specialization in industrial management.
2. Previous experience in an industrial environment with change management and/or continuous improvement is a plus.

1. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to integrate well.
2. Ability to lead and engage others with ideas.
3. Rigorous, organized, with strong analytical, synthesis, and creative skills.
4. Proficiency in project management and continuous improvement methodologies (DMAIC, PDCA, 5W, 6M, 5S).

Entry-level

Final year student in an engineering school with a specialization in industrial management.

Internship position available from January 2025 for a duration of 6 months.
