Responsibilities
- Participate in continuous improvement and modernization projects on the production site with the production manager.
- Independently manage a continuous improvement project defined with the mentor, focusing on areas such as waste reduction, site communication, or storage conditions.
- Assist in maintaining ISO certifications on the production site, including audit follow-ups, action plan management, and training.
Qualifications
- Final year student in an engineering school with a specialization in industrial management.
- Previous experience in an industrial environment with change management and/or continuous improvement is a plus.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to integrate well.
- Ability to lead and engage others with ideas.
- Rigorous, organized, with strong analytical, synthesis, and creative skills.
- Proficiency in project management and continuous improvement methodologies (DMAIC, PDCA, 5W, 6M, 5S).
