Moët Hennessy Oenology Laboratory Assistant

- Record client requests for analyses and conduct analyses using various equipment such as multiparametric enzymatic and colorimetric analyzers, automatic titrators, FTIR (Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy), and optical microscopy.
- Manage maintenance and calibration of analytical equipment.
- Verify measurement instruments and participate in inter-laboratory tests (BIPEA, CIVC, UEOF).
- Apply the laboratory's Quality standards (ISO IEC 17025) and COFRAC accreditation requirements.
- Adhere to quality procedures and perform only authorized analyses.
- Actively participate in internal and external audits and address identified discrepancies.
- Identify and report incidents and malfunctions.
- Uphold impartiality, confidentiality, and conflict of interest requirements.
- Contribute to laboratory meetings with improvement proposals and participate in working groups.
- Interest in laboratory activities and oenology.
- Ability to work meticulously and reactively.
- Strong teamwork and synthesis skills.

No prior experience required.
Pursuing BTS in Chemistry or BTS in Bio-Analyses and Control.
