Moët Hennessy Occupational Health Nurse

- Participate in monitoring employee health in accordance with protocols established by occupational health physicians, including organizing medical visits and conducting related examinations.
- Manage emergency medical care, including workplace accidents and urgent health issues, while providing support to employees facing health challenges.
- Identify risks and propose preventive measures, including the organization and implementation of safety training and the use of personal protective equipment.
- Ensure the updating of health protocols under the supervision of occupational health physicians.
- Contribute to workplace studies and propose corrective and preventive actions to improve working conditions.
- Develop and conduct training on company-specific risks such as noise, chemical exposure, and ergonomic issues.
- Support the deployment of the company's CSR policy, including initiatives related to disability, psychosocial risk prevention, and workplace quality of life.
- Lead awareness-raising activities aligned with the company's health and safety policy.
- Coordinate the network of workplace first responders and contribute to employee training and information on public health issues.
- Maintain the operation of the occupational health service, including managing meetings, updating nursing records, and overseeing pharmacy and accident registers.
- Prepare mandatory annual reports and participate in health and safety committee meetings.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of workplace accidents and occupational diseases.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as invoice control, ordering supplies, and scheduling medical appointments.
- Travel to various company sites as needed, including during the harvest season, to support prevention efforts.
- State Diploma in Nursing with a specialization in Occupational Health or equivalent experience.
- University degree in ergonomics is advantageous.
