Moët Hennessy Maintenance Electromechanic

- Conduct maintenance interventions across various technical domains including electricity, automation, mechanics, robotics, industrial computing, and vision systems to minimize operational downtime.
- Operate autonomously on all site equipment and manage maintenance system entries for parts movement and quotation requests.
- Resolve technical issues swiftly and effectively, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality obligations during interventions, including machine conformity and food safety.
- Propose sustainable solutions for technical problems and perform first-level troubleshooting for inter-machine communication and industrial computing issues.
- Engage with vision equipment, coordinating with external providers as necessary, while maintaining predefined quality standards.
- Coordinate supplier interventions, including contact initiation, quotation requests, and intervention follow-ups under supervision.
- Communicate intervention details to production and maintenance management and teams.
- Determine intervention priorities in collaboration with production and maintenance management.
- Participate in production line format changes within the process.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the preventive maintenance plan in coordination with hierarchy and central maintenance.
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance interventions and confirm them in the maintenance management system.
- Suggest adaptations to the preventive maintenance plan based on observations.
- Engage in sector improvement initiatives by attending informational meetings and proposing improvement actions.
- Lead improvement and reliability projects on the production line, including supplier coordination under supervision.
- Participate in trials and validations of dry materials and new equipment.
- Contribute to the training of machine operators on technical process aspects and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
- Extensive technical knowledge in maintenance, automation, mechanics, electricity, pneumatics/hydraulics, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of production processes and dry materials used.
- Proficiency in computer tools, maintenance management systems, and production management tools.
