1. Execute maintenance interventions autonomously across all site equipment, including electrical, automation, mechanical, robotics, industrial computing, and vision systems.
2. Enter maintenance management system data regarding part movements and quotation requests.
3. Resolve technical issues swiftly and efficiently, prioritizing safety, quality, and productivity.
4. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during interventions.
5. Propose sustainable technical solutions to recurring problems.
6. Diagnose and perform first-level troubleshooting on inter-machine communication and industrial computing issues.
7. Engage with vision equipment, coordinating with external providers as necessary while adhering to quality standards.
8. Coordinate with suppliers for contact, quotation requests, intervention follow-ups, and audits under supervisory guidance.
9. Communicate intervention details to production and maintenance management teams.
10. Define intervention priorities in coordination with production and maintenance management.
11. Participate in production line format changes.
12. Contribute to the development and implementation of preventive maintenance plans with central maintenance and supervisory teams.
13. Execute scheduled preventive maintenance and confirm completion in the maintenance management system.
14. Suggest adjustments to the preventive maintenance plan based on observations.
15. Engage in sector improvement initiatives, including attending information and exchange meetings.
16. Propose and lead improvement actions related to safety, environment, quality, and food safety.
17. Lead improvement and reliability projects on the production line, coordinating with suppliers under supervisory guidance.
18. Participate in trials and validations of new materials and equipment.
19. Contribute to the training of machine operators on technical aspects of the process.
20. Adapt to new techniques and technologies in the field.

1. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience

1. Strong technical knowledge in maintenance, automation, mechanics, electricity, and pneumatics/hydraulics.
2. Familiarity with the production process and dry materials used.
3. Proficiency in computer tools, maintenance management systems, and production management tools.
4. Team spirit and collaboration skills.
5. Attention to detail and rigor.
6. Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
7. Autonomy and initiative-taking ability.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field is required.
