- Execute maintenance interventions autonomously across all site equipment, including electrical, automation, mechanical, robotics, industrial computing, and vision systems.
- Enter maintenance management system data regarding part movements and quotation requests.
- Resolve technical issues swiftly and efficiently, prioritizing safety, quality, and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during interventions.
- Propose sustainable technical solutions to recurring problems.
- Diagnose and perform first-level troubleshooting on inter-machine communication and industrial computing issues.
- Engage with vision equipment, coordinating with external providers as necessary while adhering to quality standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers for contact, quotation requests, intervention follow-ups, and audits under supervisory guidance.
- Communicate intervention details to production and maintenance management teams.
- Define intervention priorities in coordination with production and maintenance management.
- Participate in production line format changes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of preventive maintenance plans with central maintenance and supervisory teams.
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance and confirm completion in the maintenance management system.
- Suggest adjustments to the preventive maintenance plan based on observations.
- Engage in sector improvement initiatives, including attending information and exchange meetings.
- Propose and lead improvement actions related to safety, environment, quality, and food safety.
- Lead improvement and reliability projects on the production line, coordinating with suppliers under supervisory guidance.
- Participate in trials and validations of new materials and equipment.
- Contribute to the training of machine operators on technical aspects of the process.
- Adapt to new techniques and technologies in the field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- Strong technical knowledge in maintenance, automation, mechanics, electricity, and pneumatics/hydraulics.
- Familiarity with the production process and dry materials used.
- Proficiency in computer tools, maintenance management systems, and production management tools.
- Team spirit and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and rigor.
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
- Autonomy and initiative-taking ability.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field is required.
