Moët Hennessy Maintenance Electromechanic

- Conduct autonomous maintenance interventions across site equipment, including electrical, automation, mechanical, robotics, industrial computing, and vision systems, to minimize operational downtime.
- Enter maintenance management system data for parts movement and quotation requests as per established procedures.
- Resolve technical issues swiftly and effectively, prioritizing safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Adhere to safety (lockout/tagout, machine compliance) and quality (traceability, food safety) obligations during interventions.
- Propose sustainable solutions for technical problems.
- Diagnose inter-machine communication and industrial computing issues, performing first-level troubleshooting.
- Engage with external providers for vision equipment maintenance, ensuring compliance with predefined quality standards.
- Coordinate supplier interventions, including contact, quotation requests, and audits, under supervisory guidance.
- Communicate with production and maintenance management about interventions.
- Prioritize interventions in coordination with production and maintenance management.
- Participate in production line format changes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of a preventive maintenance plan in collaboration with central maintenance.
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance interventions and confirm completion in the maintenance management system.
- Suggest modifications to the preventive maintenance plan based on observations.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the sector.
- Stay informed about line activities through participation in various process meetings.
- Propose and manage improvement actions (safety, environment, quality, food safety).
- Lead improvement and/or reliability projects on the line, including supplier interventions, under supervisory guidance.
- Participate in trials and validations (dry materials, new equipment).
- Contribute to the training of machine setters on technical aspects of the process.
- Adapt to new techniques and technologies in the field.
- Extensive technical knowledge in maintenance, automation, mechanics, electricity, pneumatics/hydraulics, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of the production process and dry materials used.
- Proficiency in computer tools, maintenance management systems, and production management tools.
