1. Provide operational support within the Quality & Oenology Development Department for project monitoring and contribute to strategic discussions.
2. Monitor viticultural trials to enhance the aromatic profile of base wines.
3. Oversee and manage grape maturity assessments.
4. Conduct operational follow-up on harvest and vinification trials.
5. Perform literature reviews to propose new avenues for research and development.

1. Educational background in viticulture and oenology or equivalent (DNO).
2. Interest in fieldwork related to vineyards and winemaking.
3. Possession of a valid driver's license (Permis B).

Degree in Viticulture and Oenology or equivalent.
