Moët Hennessy Internship - Oenology Development Assistant

- Provide operational support within the Quality & Oenology Development Department for project monitoring and contribute to strategic discussions.
- Monitor viticultural trials to enhance the aromatic profile of base wines.
- Oversee and manage grape maturity assessments.
- Conduct operational follow-up on harvest and vinification trials.
- Perform literature reviews to propose new avenues for research and development.
- Educational background in viticulture and oenology or equivalent (DNO).
- Interest in fieldwork related to vineyards and winemaking.
- Possession of a valid driver's license (Permis B).
- Attention to detail and reliability.
- Proactive and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Degree in Viticulture and Oenology or equivalent.
