Moët Hennessy Harvest Team Leader

- Assemble a team of 20 to 30 pickers with guidance from the Maison.
- Manage administrative tasks related to team organization.
- Oversee the picking activities, ensuring adherence to the Maison's standards and practices.
- Act as an operational liaison for the picking team during the harvest.
- Support the picking supervision by ensuring compliance with picking instructions, quality standards, and health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Knowledge of viticulture and management experience preferred (beginners considered under certain conditions).
- Ability to lead and engage a team with commitment and empathy.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building relationships.
Experience in team management is preferred, along with viticultural or agricultural knowledge or experience.
Compensation is activity-based, including task-related pay and bonuses.
