1. Organize and lead recreational, cultural, and social activities for harvest workers during their stay at the accommodation facilities, primarily in the late afternoon to evening.
2. Communicate and enforce community living rules and best practices within the collective accommodation setting.
3. Provide overnight presence at the accommodation, addressing issues within shared responsibilities and alerting security or emergency services as needed.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills with a background in animation or related fields such as BPJEPS, sports education, or coaching.
2. Proven experience in managing group activities or collective living environments, particularly with adult groups.

2. Strong teamwork and assertiveness.
3. Ability to demonstrate empathy and maintain a positive environment.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in group activity coordination or collective living management, particularly with adult groups.

Relevant training in animation, sports education, or coaching is preferred.

Hourly wage according to scale with additional harvest bonuses.

Includes meals and requires personal transportation due to remote accommodation locations.
