Moët Hennessy EMEA Head of Technology, Operations, Security and Compliance

- Oversee the regional technology, operations, and IT security department, ensuring service and system consistency, cohesion, security, and quality across the EMEA region.
- Ensure regional/local IT compliance with applicable audit, regulatory, and legal requirements, as well as company policies and standard practices regarding infrastructure and security.
- Collaborate with central T&O teams to design, develop, and implement IT infrastructure and services, including data centers, computing, storage, communications, and support services.
- Maintain high security levels for all IT systems and monitor potential threats to the network and data, working closely with CISO teams to manage CyberSOC activities.
- Define and supervise team objectives and resources, ensuring team development and managing workload plans based on forecasted changes in FTEs and skills.
- Lead business continuity efforts, guiding the organization in IT service recovery during significant disruptions or disaster recovery.
- Design and monitor operational and performance dashboards, analyzing and proposing solutions for continuous productivity and service improvement.
- Supervise infrastructure and security budgets and expenditures, ensuring compliance with budgetary procedures and leading IT hardware and services procurement strategy.
- Manage local vendor relationships, including performance, SLA definition, incident escalation, invoice approval, and contract negotiations, while identifying and developing key partnerships.
- Directly manage local service delivery for entities without a dedicated local TOSC manager, overseeing infrastructure, services, technical projects, and security.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Industry qualifications related to security, IT infrastructure, and projects (e.g., ITIL).
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; French recommended; other European languages beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize and clearly explain complex concepts across the organization.
- Highly organized with the ability to work with limited direction and autonomously prioritize tasks.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Customer service-oriented with a sense of urgency to resolve issues promptly and courteously.
- Ability to work with all organizational levels and adapt to various working styles.
- Effective and timely decision-making skills.
Minimum of 10 years in managing technical infrastructure and applications, with at least 3 years in security activities within a multi-country/multi-site environment, and 4 years in team leadership in a complex setting.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
