1. Characterize and identify key indicators to measure the impact of climate change on raw materials.
2. Understand the dynamics underlying observed changes in raw materials.
3. Propose scenarios for professionals to enable medium and long-term action planning.
4. Integrate and standardize a significant set of metadata from analytical and sensory data collected over upcoming vintages.
5. Collaborate with a technological platform for metabolomic analyses and ensure data quality and traceability.
6. Develop multivariate analysis methods and advanced AI techniques to identify biomarkers reflecting climate change effects.
7. Construct mathematical models for potential evolution of physico-chemical and oenological properties.
