- Coordinate the deployment of digital activations in collaboration with project managers and agencies, including consumer engagement mechanics such as QR code activations and augmented reality lenses.
- Brief agencies, manage operational follow-up on project management, and share brand elements.
- Facilitate communication with marketing, image and merchandising, and retail teams to ensure a comprehensive 360-degree project approach.
- Create and disseminate digital activation guidelines and best practices to various markets.
- Assist markets with day-to-day inquiries related to digital project rollout and local media topics.
- Participate in quarterly meetings to update markets on the latest digital initiatives of the Maison.
- Coordinate advertising campaigns with media and social media agencies.
- Assist in compiling and consolidating media campaign KPIs and reports.
- Collect and compile digital marketing innovation examples into PowerPoint reports for team sharing.
- Prepare documents for internal cross-team sharing on digital project updates.
- Business or Digital Marketing Degree preferred
