Moët Hennessy Digital Consumer Activation Intern

- Coordinate the deployment of specific digital activations with project managers and agencies, including consumer engagement mechanics such as QR code activations and augmented reality lenses development.
- Draft briefs for agencies, manage operational follow-up on project management, and share brand elements.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Image, Merchandising, and Retail teams to ensure seamless information exchange and a comprehensive 360-degree project approach.
- Create and disseminate digital activation guidelines and best practices across markets.
- Support various markets with daily inquiries related to digital project rollout and local media topics.
- Participate in quarterly meetings to update markets on the latest digital initiatives of the Maison.
- Coordinate advertising campaigns with the Maison's media and social media agencies.
- Assist in compiling and consolidating key performance indicators and media campaign reports.
- Collect and compile examples of digital marketing innovations, presenting them in PowerPoint reports for team sharing.
- Prepare documents for internal updates on digital projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or Digital Marketing.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
- Mastery of PowerPoint.
- Agile mindset in digital 360 marketing.
- Comfortable with numerical data.
- Strong teamwork capabilities.
- Self-motivation and autonomy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Enthusiasm and attention to detail.
Beginner level experience in digital marketing or related fields.
