Moët Hennessy CRM Assistant Intern

- Participate in defining the annual CRM communication calendar.
- Produce newsletter content, collaborating closely with internal teams, and ensure delivery to key markets.
- Manage end-to-end newsletter campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including construction, testing, targeting, and scheduling.
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of new consumer journeys such as welcome, birthday, and retention.
- Assist in key brand launches and the development of related CRM plans.
- Consolidate CRM communication plans from markets and validate market-developed newsletters.
- Collaborate with local teams to implement CRM action plans in animation and acquisition.
- Respond to ad hoc market requests, such as data collection form creation.
- Monitor CRM campaign performance, consolidate market performance data, analyze KPIs, and propose optimizations.
- Conduct AB tests to enhance future campaign KPIs.
- Perform periodic benchmarking on CRM best practices and innovations.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (business school or equivalent), seeking a gap year or end-of-studies internship.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Autonomous and proactive, capable of coordinating various stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Ideally, previous 6-month experience in digital, particularly in CRM.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
