- Provide personalized service to clients and guests during breakfasts, lunches, and dinners.
- Participate in wine cellar management and inventory processes.
- Contribute to the promotion of the brand's high-end image through strategic action plans.
- Advise clients and facilitate sales transactions.
- Organize and coordinate daily tasks of temporary and extra staff.
- Train new temporary staff, extras, and interns.
- Prepare dining areas, ensuring table settings adhere to experiential codes.
- Maintain cleanliness and order of service areas, including glassware, silverware, and dishes.
- Ensure the quality of wines and execute precise service of beverages and dishes.
- Conduct tasting commentary on champagnes and food pairings in both French and English.
- Advise clients on wine and food selections and process orders using dedicated software.
- Handle sales and cash transactions.
- Manage guest luggage and promote the brand's high-end image as an ambassador.
- Receive and organize wine supplies in the cellar and participate in monthly and annual inventories.
- Support reception activities and adhere to job requirements and safety guidelines.
- Substitute for the maître d'hôtel or F&B manager in their absence.
- Professional or technological baccalaureate in Hospitality or equivalent.
- Proficiency in French and professional English.
