1. Provide logistical support for organizing various international seminar formats both on-site and remotely, including stock management, ordering, preparation and dispatch of materials, briefing internal teams, and setting up spaces.
2. Assist in planning brand events and training sessions (e.g., Moët Champions, new GVC programs).
3. Monitor and manage stock of materials and gifts.
4. Forecast and order Point of Sale Materials (POSM).
5. Offer technical support for webinars.
6. Facilitate seminar participants' logistics (e.g., lunch, inter-site travel).
7. Coordinate and track webinar market requests.
8. Create and maintain an internal document highlighting various events at the house and in the market.
9. Coordinate and oversee engagements with prestigious schools.
10. Develop various presentations (e.g., reports, tracking, webinars).
11. Dispatch year-end gifts.

1. Fluent in written and spoken English.
2. Possession of a valid driving license (Permis B).
3. Interest in the luxury sector, particularly in wine.

1. Rigor, organization, proactivity, professional conscientiousness, autonomy, availability, and team collaboration.
2. Adaptability to various situations.
3. Proficient in Zoom and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, SharePoint, Teams).

Beginner level experience is acceptable, with a strong interest in the luxury and wine sectors.

Bachelor's degree +4 or Master's level 1 (Bac +4 – MASTER 1).
