1. Assist in managing the WMS migration project for bottling, storage, and shipping sites.
2. Support the Head of IT Operations in overseeing a 20-person IT team.
3. Facilitate communication and coordination with the software vendor.
4. Participate in project committees and track project timelines.
5. Assist in the testing phase, including test sessions and anomaly management.
6. Support users during the application launch phase.
7. Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for the WMS application.
8. Engage in change management activities, including impact analysis and communication.

1. Previous experience in an industrial environment is preferred.
2. University degree or engineering school specialization in Supply Chain and Information Systems.
3. Fluency in French.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
2. Strong project management and activity tracking skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and team collaboration.

5. Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.

7. Knowledge of WMS applications and logistics experience is a plus.
