1. Monitor the implementation of water meters in cellars, manage data collection, and establish a dashboard for tracking water consumption at each cellar site.
2. Assist in deploying a cellar maintenance module to track incidents in real-time and evaluate equipment turnover rates.
3. Assess the effectiveness of a new agitator for bentonite preparation during bottling at Oiry.
4. Update cellar operating procedures in line with evolving practices and process improvements.

1. Bachelor's degree (BAC+4/5) in Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Oenology, or a related Master's program.

1. Knowledge of oenology and process engineering.
2. Attention to detail, responsiveness, teamwork, and analytical skills.
3. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Valid driver's license (Category B).

Entry-level experience is acceptable.

Bachelor's degree (BAC+4/5) in relevant fields.
