Advertising and Media Project Manager Assistant

- Coordinate content production between internal teams and external agencies, ensuring high-quality execution and necessary adaptations for different markets, channels, and legal constraints.
- Collaborate with markets to produce assets tailored for local activations such as pop-up stores and events.
- Manage project timelines to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met, coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor ongoing campaign performance in collaboration with data experts, recommending optimizations throughout the media campaign.
- Compile detailed post-campaign reports to measure the impact of paid communications.
- Support core markets in setting up local media campaigns, ensuring alignment with international guidelines and the overall 360 communication plan.
- Participate in the amplification of offline events and media coverage, ensuring alignment with the communication plan.
- Create a competitive benchmark of the media landscape, exploring new media formats, targeting opportunities, and emerging platforms.
- Master 1 or 2 from a Business School or University
- Fluent in spoken and written French and English (TOEIC > 800)
- First experience of at least six months in a similar position
- Experience in a media or communication agency is a plus
- Strong design sensibility with an affinity for the luxury universe and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Autonomous and agile in a fast-paced environment
- Rigorous, organized, and analytical
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Beginner level experience with at least six months in a similar role, preferably within a media or communication agency.
Master 1 or 2 from a Business School or University
