1. Ensure implementation and supervision of product flow procedures in alignment with corporate guidelines and the Store Operations Manual.
2. Train Store and Stockroom Managers on stockroom procedures and updates, ensuring compliance.
3. Oversee adherence to sales-related rules and procedures, in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
4. Manage cycle count processes and control.
5. Supervise year-end stocktakes and produce reports in collaboration with relevant functions.
6. Plan, manage, and control end-of-season stocktaking activities, producing relevant reports.
7. Coordinate stocktaking activities in regional warehouses with local Logistics Managers.
8. Supervise half-year order for fashion and technical uniforms and oversee uniform requirements for HQ.
9. Monitor stock and KPI operations, ensuring reports are sent to HQ.
10. Confirm service priorities for each store.
11. Coordinate activities between IT and stores in case of SAP or cash system malfunctions.
12. Assist stores with interpretation and implementation of procedures and policies.
13. Supervise preparation of packaging and stationery orders for boutiques.
14. Coordinate activities for new store openings and support involved functions.

1. Similar experience in store operations within a luxury or premium brand; regional scope is advantageous.
2. Strong knowledge of stockroom and inventory procedures.
3. Experience in supporting store operations, including IT issues, maintenance, and supplies management.
4. Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
5. Ability to train and support store teams on procedures and operational guidelines.
6. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across functions.
8. Fluency in both Italian and English.
