Miu Miu Store Operations Manager

- Ensure implementation and supervision of product flow procedures in alignment with corporate guidelines and the Store Operations Manual.
- Train Store and Stockroom Managers on stockroom procedures and updates, ensuring compliance.
- Oversee adherence to sales-related rules and procedures, in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
- Manage cycle count processes and control.
- Supervise year-end stocktakes and produce reports in collaboration with relevant functions.
- Plan, manage, and control end-of-season stocktaking activities, producing relevant reports.
- Coordinate stocktaking activities in regional warehouses with local Logistics Managers.
- Supervise half-year order for fashion and technical uniforms and oversee uniform requirements for HQ.
- Monitor stock and KPI operations, ensuring reports are sent to HQ.
- Confirm service priorities for each store.
- Coordinate activities between IT and stores in case of SAP or cash system malfunctions.
- Assist stores with interpretation and implementation of procedures and policies.
- Supervise preparation of packaging and stationery orders for boutiques.
- Coordinate activities for new store openings and support involved functions.
- Similar experience in store operations within a luxury or premium brand; regional scope is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of stockroom and inventory procedures.
- Experience in supporting store operations, including IT issues, maintenance, and supplies management.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Ability to train and support store teams on procedures and operational guidelines.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across functions.
- Fluency in both Italian and English.
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative team spirit.
