1. Drive the store team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance.
2. Develop and propose action plans based on performance analysis.
3. Lead the team to surpass KPI targets, including cross-selling and upselling.
4. Ensure a client-centric environment, fostering strong client relationships and exceptional after-sales experiences.
5. Guarantee client satisfaction through the execution of the 'Brand Selling Ceremony.'
6. Motivate staff and promote team spirit through effective communication.
7. Encourage information exchange within the team and conduct morning briefings.
8. Master company tools and ensure the team is informed of updates.
9. Train and inspire the store team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
10. Ensure the team operates with the highest level of care for the product.
11. Maintain attractive displays in line with company guidelines and seek visual merchandising support.
12. Provide feedback to Visual Merchandising and Retail Merchandising departments.

1. At least 8 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
2. Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across functions.
3. Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
4. Fluency in both Italian and English.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar managerial role within the luxury retail sector is required.
