6. Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to ensure project and business success.
7. Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity, maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
8. Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscape to anticipate client needs and support innovation.

1. Master’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum 6 years of experience in a managerial store position, ideally within the luxury or premium sector.

2. Strategic mindset combined with operational agility.
3. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
4. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
5. Strong passion for the luxury world, craftsmanship, and innovation.

A minimum of 6 years in a managerial store position, preferably within the luxury or premium sector.
