1. Ensure the care and protection of products according to company guidelines.
2. Manage the receipt and storage of goods, optimizing timing and efficiency.
3. Prepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers in compliance with company guidelines.
4. Facilitate the flow of E-Commerce orders, ensuring service levels are met.
5. Handle damaged products, non-sellable items, and products under repair.
6. Organize packaging and stationery both physically and within IT systems.
7. Manage the display objects system and participate in uniform and gift flow management.
8. Ensure proper product protection and packaging for in-store and transfer purposes, including E-Commerce shipments.
9. Adopt company guidelines in the event of theft, ensuring proper communication and documentation.
10. Support investigations in the event of system discrepancies.
11. Manage product flow and related documentation, recording movements in the IT system.
12. Participate in physical and cycle inventories, respecting company timelines.
13. Support warehouse activities related to sales, ensuring security and cleanliness.
14. Assist the Stock Referent in optimizing available spaces in collaboration with store management.
15. Support Client Advisors in the sales process and collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team.
16. Maintain relationships with providers and update archives monthly.
17. Comply with KPIs, guidelines, and procedures from store operations and headquarters.

1. 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury fashion industry.

1. Fluent spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.
2. High sense of responsibility.
3. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
4. Organized and detail-oriented.
