1. Lead and develop the stock team, including stock controllers and runners, through effective leadership and regular team meetings.
2. Oversee stock activities, ensuring proper handling, protection, and organization of merchandise.
3. Ensure compliance with company guidelines for returns, transfers, uniform orders, and other stock-related processes.
4. Oversee monthly cycle counts and inventory planning to align stock operations with business objectives.
5. Monitor KPIs for back-of-house operations and collaborate with stock controllers to optimize performance.
6. Oversee e-commerce activities to ensure smooth integration with stock operations.
7. Track VIC orders in collaboration with the front-of-house team to support the customer journey.
8. Monitor and enhance repair processes to improve client experience.
9. Manage and track exports with stock controllers.
10. Oversee packaging and stationery inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
