1. Welcome and serve customers, providing an excellent in-store experience.
2. Maintain and develop client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities.
4. Stay updated on fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate brand and product knowledge.
6. Handle customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
7. Maintain high standards for shop floor and visual displays, adhering to company guidelines.
8. Contribute to security and prevent product thefts.
9. Ensure product safety during handling processes.
10. Manage daily goods receipt and arrange merchandise per corporate procedures.
11. Organize and perform product counting and stock-takes.
12. Track product flow using the SAP system.
13. Manage product flow during repairs.
14. Oversee stockroom activities related to markdowns.
15. Ensure returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries meet corporate guidelines.

1. Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
