Miu Miu Production Coordinator - Leather Goods

- Participate in the design and revision of work procedures for assigned production areas.
- Analyze and monitor daily and weekly production progress, identifying issues and implementing timely corrective actions.
- Manage production line balancing to maximize efficiency, reduce wait times, and optimize available resources.
- Collaborate with Industrialization, Quality, and Planning departments to ensure proper implementation of production cycles.
- Define and update standard times and work methods through time studies and direct observation.
- Conduct workload balancing analysis for departments.
- Manage resources, overseeing 70 operators.
- Implement continuous improvement projects.
- Apply and monitor the 5S methodology in selected areas.
- Conduct daily monitoring of departmental KPIs.
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably within the fashion/luxury industry or a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Knowledge of Lean Production methodologies is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills, result-oriented, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Good command of the English language.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel, ERP AS400, and production management software such as MES.

3-5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably within the fashion/luxury industry or a manufacturing environment.
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
