1. Design and develop offline training tools focused on Miu Miu’s collections across all categories, both seasonal and permanent.
2. Create offline training tools for special product focuses according to business needs and priorities.
3. Develop online interactive episodes for the Digital Retail Training app, MyMiuSpace.
4. Contribute to the production of videos focused on Miu Miu’s collections and special product focuses.
5. Manage the end-to-end process of training tools, including production, translation, upload, communication to the regional training community, and tracking deployment.
6. Deliver classroom and in-store training sessions to store staff on Miu Miu’s collections and special product focuses.
7. Conduct 'Train the Trainer' sessions for the regional training community on key product training releases.

1. 3-5 years of experience in product training.
2. Proven capabilities in developing training tools, including instructional and graphic design.
3. Proven skills in training delivery and facilitation.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Adobe, Canvas, and other creative digital tools is a plus.
2. Sound knowledge of e-learning platforms and digital training tools.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
4. Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
5. Self-motivated, results-oriented, creative thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

A minimum of 3-5 years in product training within the luxury fashion industry is required.
