- Collaborate with the Design Team to analyze and interpret product development needs for jersey collections and shows.
- Ensure proper management of model study and refinement activities.
- Support in defining priorities and timelines for the jersey product development team, adapting to priority changes as needed.
- Interface with external suppliers to ensure the correct realization of prototypes.
- Identify and develop potential new collaborations with external suppliers to maintain high standards of collection excellence.
- Monitor prototype development timelines.
- Verify with the design team that prototypes meet creative and commercial needs, participating in the defect correction phase.
- Ensure the correct progression of the collection for the assigned category in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Participate in the industrialization activities of assigned models, analyzing pattern-related issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Assist in the management and preparation of technical sheets containing measurements and notes for various design, development, and production phases to track garment structural characteristics.
- Support the Knitwear Product Development Team with specific needs.
- Degree in fashion or apparel with a technical focus.
- At least 5 years of experience in jersey and knitwear product development, preferably in the luxury textile sector.
- Flexibility, resilience, and problem-solving orientation.
- Fluent in Italian (C1/C2 level).
- Fluent in English (B2/C1 level).
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Proficient in PLM and AS400 systems.
A minimum of 5 years in jersey and knitwear product development within the luxury textile sector is required.
Degree in fashion or apparel with a technical focus.
