1. Implement and adapt the worldwide buying strategy at a regional level, considering market specificities and priorities.
2. Ensure coordination of brand image through regional and store-level buying.
3. Coordinate regional buying decisions to fully leverage worldwide product strategies.
4. Oversee special projects across categories during buying campaigns, including capsules and exclusive collections.
5. Monitor and revise Carry Over proposals to maximize potential by store with localized strategies.
6. Collaborate with regional functions on launches, store openings, re-stylings, closures, and events.
7. Conduct in-season analysis and propose strategies to optimize store assortments.
8. Manage regional stock across different channels, including retail and e-commerce.
9. Rationalize and monitor store assortments, balancing newness and carryover.
10. Define stock distribution rules for newness and carryover, including launch and in-season transfers.
11. Coordinate reorders from corporate bulk or other regions.
12. Collaborate with the Corporate Merchandising team on merchandise assortment and buying execution.
13. Conduct product training for regional functions, including store teams, before new season launches.
14. Monitor sales and sell-through to optimize stock and boost sales.
15. Review competitor pricing and provide feedback to Corporate Merchandising.
16. Coordinate with local Inventory Planning on delivery checks and newness allocation.
17. Organize regular store visits to gather feedback on clients and product trends.
18. Share periodic feedback with the Corporate Team.
19. Analyze stock levels, delivery status, and merchandise allocation to identify growth opportunities.
20. Conduct regular store visits to Miu Miu and competitors based on business needs.
21. Clarify assortments and product buying strategies to store teams.
22. Participate in securing product knowledge in stores.
23. Work closely with Visual Merchandising (VM) and Retail Operations (ROP) to monitor clientele behavior and market specificities.
24. Highlight full potential opportunities per store with sales plans and forecasts.
25. Conduct sales plan reviews with regional Controlling team.
26. Evaluate sales potential by event and store to define Open-To-Buy (OTB) split at category level.
27. Provide strategic input for visual setups in alignment with VM and ROP.
28. Work with VM on new launch strategies to ensure successful launches.
29. Share performance feedback and visual priorities with VM to implement beneficial strategies.

1. Proven experience in a retail environment with hands-on knowledge of retail processes.
2. Strong analytical abilities with high accuracy and precision.
3. Proficiency in Excel and Business Intelligence (BI) tools for performance monitoring.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
6. Willingness to travel as required.
