1. Collaborate with the Senior Merchandising Manager to achieve sales and sell-through targets.
2. Monitor and manage sales performance on a daily, monthly, and annual basis to meet sales budgets.
3. Develop and implement buying strategies in alignment with the report line and headquarters team.
4. Identify target assortments to match regional market needs and maximize sales opportunities.
5. Conduct product training for regional teams, including pre-launch and in-season sessions.
6. Participate in special projects such as capsule collections, store events, restyling, pop-ups, and Gaisho events.
7. Manage and monitor inventory levels to optimize sales and maintain stable inventory across stores.
8. Conduct extensive market research and analysis.
9. Foster strong collaboration with Visual Merchandising, Retail, Stores, and other related divisions.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
2. 10+ years of merchandising experience in the luxury industry.
3. Experience in a retail environment with hands-on knowledge of retail processes and procedures.

1. Proficiency in English and Japanese at a business level.
2. Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
3. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
4. Ability to travel as required.

A minimum of 10 years of merchandising experience within the luxury industry is required, alongside substantial experience in a retail environment.
