Miu Miu In-Store CRM Manager

- Supervise clienteling activities of store staff and define development plans for each Client Advisor.
- Conduct weekly and monthly customer and KPI analyses to monitor store CRM performance.
- Assist the Store Manager in designing the CRM action plan, considering business needs and event calendar.
- Review and analyze Client Advisor performance on clienteling and retail KPIs, providing individual development plans.
- Design and implement action plans focusing on data collection, local client retention, and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments on in-store product launches, events, and client experiences from a CRM perspective.
- Ensure store staff is well-trained in clienteling tools and oversee training materials and sessions on CRM topics.
- Support Sales Staff in managing VIC Clients and enhancing this cluster's growth and potential.
- Collaborate with the PR Department in managing celebrities and influencers.
- Work with the Local Retail team to improve store performance.
- Maintain market and consumer trend knowledge to enhance store staff's fashion sense.
- Grow the store’s customer community through participation in external events.
- Proven track record of sales performance and growth through personal clienteling efforts.
- Expertise in changing store team behaviors around clienteling through training and insights.
- Familiarity with competitors and passion for consumer trends.
- Fluent spoken English.
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to draw conclusions and recommendations from reports.
- Strong knowledge of market and consumer trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and train staff effectively.
Demonstrated experience in sales performance and clienteling within the luxury fashion industry.
