1. Strategically manage the client portfolio with a focus on segmentation, forecasting, and relationship growth.
2. Design and implement advanced client segmentation strategies to enhance engagement with high-value clients.
3. Utilize data analysis tools like Excel and C-Sphere to derive insights, build reports, and drive targeted CRM campaigns.
4. Innovate by benchmarking CRM strategies and introducing new client engagement techniques.
5. Develop and execute store CRM campaigns, including local outreach and performance monitoring.
6. Align CRM efforts with sales and revenue goals to impact store and client advisor performance.
7. Manage budgets for client gifting and customer experiences to enhance relationships.
8. Collaborate with departments to align CRM strategies with store events and product launches.
9. Conduct training sessions for team members on CRM tools and strategies.
10. Support sales staff in utilizing digital tools for clienteling initiatives.
11. Provide feedback and share best practices on CRM initiatives with the store team.
12. Ensure consistent execution of the Group's clienteling strategy across the store team.
13. Monitor CRM-based KPIs for client outreach and initiative performance.
14. Develop CRM strategies that align with business objectives and contribute to sales growth.

1. Luxury retail management experience preferred.
2. Proficiency in English and at least one other language.
