- Supervise clienteling activities of store staff, defining development plans for each Client Advisor.
- Perform weekly and monthly customer and KPI analysis to monitor CRM performance.
- Assist Store Manager in designing CRM action plans aligned with business needs and event calendar.
- Review and analyze Client Advisor performance on clienteling and retail KPIs, providing individual development plans.
- Design and implement action plans focusing on data collection, client retention, and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments on in-store product launches, events, and client experiences from a CRM perspective.
- Ensure store staff is well-trained in clienteling tools.
- Oversee local training materials and sessions on CRM topics, including strategy and best practices.
- Support sales staff in managing VIC clients, enhancing their potential.
- Collaborate with PR department in managing celebrities and influencers.
- Work with local retail team to improve store performance.
- Maintain knowledge of market and consumer trends to enhance store staff's fashion sense.
- Ensure growth of store's customer community through event participation.
- Proven track record of sales performance and growth through clienteling efforts.
- Expertise in changing store team behaviors around clienteling.
- Familiarity with competitors and consumer trends.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Fluency in English.
Demonstrated success in sales performance and clienteling within a luxury retail environment.
