1. Provide real-time coaching and feedback to store teams through store visits.
2. Observe store operations to identify training opportunities.
3. Measure the impact of coaching through before-and-after assessments.
4. Support the onboarding process for new staff members.
5. Assist in the facilitation of in-class training sessions on sales techniques and product knowledge.
6. Analyze training performance and provide administrative support.
7. Share insights and propose improvements in collaboration with the Retail Trainer.

1. Business-level proficiency in Japanese (e.g., JLPT N1).
2. Minimum of 3 years of retail sales experience.
3. At least 3 years of experience in coaching or developing store staff.

1. Advanced communication skills for building relationships and coaching store teams.
2. Flexibility and a collaborative attitude with proactive problem-solving abilities.
3. Business analysis and logical thinking skills.
4. Proficiency in basic MS Office tools.

A minimum of 3 years in retail sales and 3 years in coaching or staff development within a retail environment.
