E-Operations Excellence Manager

1. Oversee and manage all activities related to order management, logistics, and product delivery, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
2. Develop and implement strategies to increase service levels, including optimizing allocation logic, enhancing fulfillment points, and implementing new shipping methods.
3. Analyze performance and optimize processes by monitoring key e-commerce performance metrics such as fulfillment times, cancellation rates, and return rates.
4. Manage relationships with Store Operations, Logistics, IT, E-store, E-Merchandising, Digital Product Owners, Client Service, and third parties to ensure smooth operational flow.

1. 6-8 years of experience in E-Commerce, Consulting, Operations, or Logistics, ideally in the fashion industry
2. In-depth knowledge of e-commerce operations processes, including order fulfillment, payment, logistics, and returns management
3. Ability to analyze and optimize key e-commerce performance metrics
4. Understanding of merchandising buying cycles and stock management strategies
5. Proven experience in streamlining operational processes
6. Knowledge of digital payment landscape and after-sales processes is a plus
7. Professional English and Italian proficiency
