1. Oversee and manage all activities related to order management, logistics, and product delivery, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance service levels, including optimizing allocation logic, adding fulfillment points, and introducing new shipping methods.
3. Analyze performance metrics such as fulfillment times, cancellation rates, and return rates to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize processes and increase sales.
4. Manage relationships with Store Operations, Logistics, IT, E-store, E-Merchandising, Digital Product Owners, Client Service, and third parties to ensure a smooth and reliable operational flow.

1. 6-8 years of experience in E-Commerce, Consulting, Operations, or Logistics, preferably within the fashion industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of e-commerce operations processes, including order fulfillment, payment, logistics, and returns management.
3. Proven experience in streamlining operational processes and optimizing key e-commerce performance metrics.

1. Ability to analyze and optimize e-commerce performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
2. Understanding of merchandising buying cycles and stock management strategies to optimize product availability and inventory.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with tech teams in an agile setup.
4. Ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead with business purpose.
5. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
7. Familiarity with OMS, ERP, and WMS platforms.
8. Professional proficiency in English and Italian.

6-8 years in E-Commerce, Consulting, Operations, or Logistics, ideally in the fashion industry.
