E-Merchandiser

1. Collaborate with product merchandising, industrial, and operations teams to define key merchandising stories and business opportunities for the season.
2. Analyze sales trends at different levels, preparing sales and stock plans to support business goals.
3. Oversee and support the maintenance of product catalog and product assortment.
4. Manage regional assortments ensuring high-quality content for the online catalog, including attributes, copy, images, and inventory.
5. Enhance product navigation to create engaging experiences for customers through product sorting, product information display, and CRM activities.
6. Provide guidance to local teams to ensure visual merchandising consistency across regions.
7. Regularly review product sorting using dedicated merchandising tools and optimize on-site search.
8. Monitor competitors to ensure best merchandising practices and identify new improvements in cooperation with the E-Store management.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in the eCommerce merchandising space, ideally in the luxury or fashion industry.

2. Excellent analytical skills and experience with visualization tools, such as Qlik or Tableau.
3. Ability to work effectively across multiple priorities.
4. Strong team player, adaptable and flexible to changes.
5. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
6. Proactive, independent, responsible, creative, and self-motivated.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
8. Professional proficiency in English and Italian.
