1. Manage and monitor payment platform configurations across all Prada e-commerce websites.
2. Supervise activities related to fraud prevention, payments, and administration, coordinating with the anti-fraud partner, Riskified.
3. Conduct analysis and reporting of multichannel sales.
4. Monitor suspicious customer activities, including repeat offenders.
5. Track chargeback outcomes and their reflection on the anti-fraud platform's invoice.
6. Produce detailed fraud check reports.

1. Significant experience in payments platforms and anti-fraud roles, with a minimum of 5 years in similar positions.
2. Background in Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
3. Proficiency in Adyen, Cybersource, and Riskified systems.

1. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
2. Project management skills with an emphasis on planning and execution.
3. Proactive approach and critical thinking abilities.
4. Creative problem-solving skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Fluency in English.
7. International experience and cultural sensitivity.
8. Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years in payments platforms and anti-fraud roles is required.

Background in Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
