E-Commerce Payments Specialist

1. Manage and monitor payments platforms' configurations for all Prada e-commerce websites
2. Monitor and supervise activities related to fraud prevention, payments, and administration, in collaboration with the anti-fraud partner
3. Conduct analysis and reporting of multichannel sales
4. Monitor suspicious customer activities
5. Monitor chargeback outcomes and their reflection on the anti-fraud platform's invoice
6. Produce fraud check reports

1. Significant experience in payments platforms and anti-fraud background, at least 5 years in similar roles
2. Background in Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering

1. Knowledge of Adyen, Cybersource, and Riskified System
2. Order Management System proficiency
3. Analytical skills and familiarity with data visualization tools
4. Project management skills with strong planning and execution capabilities
5. Proactive approach and critical thinking
6. Creative problem-solving abilities
7. Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint
8. International experience and strong cultural sensitivity
9. Fluency in English
10. Knowledge of other languages is appreciated

At least 5 years of experience in similar roles involving payments platforms and anti-fraud systems.

Background in Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
