1. Drive the department team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance.
2. Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing business plans through performance analysis and action plans.
3. Ensure excellence in client experience by being present on the sales floor and leading by example.
4. Foster cross-selling and up-selling among product categories.
5. Encourage the use of digital tools and omni-channel strategies to enhance client relationships.
6. Develop and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction through the execution of the 'Brand Selling Ceremony'.
7. Proactively identify opportunities to gain new clients and strengthen client loyalty.
8. Manage customer complaints to ensure positive outcomes and maintain client relationships.
9. Motivate and inspire the team, promoting team spirit and a positive work environment.
10. Train and inspire the department sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
11. Identify and propose internal development opportunities for team members.
12. Ensure compliance with company procedures on cash activity, inventory, and logistics.

Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.
