- Drive the department team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance.
- Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing business plans through performance analysis and action plans.
- Ensure the highest standard of client service by being present on the sales floor and leading by example.
- Foster cross-selling and up-selling among product categories.
- Promote Omni Channel awareness and encourage the use of digital tools to enhance client relationships.
- Develop the E-commerce channel by ensuring timely and high-standard responses to orders.
- Stay informed about market trends and share insights with relevant functions.
- Ensure displays attract clients and maximize sales in accordance with company guidelines.
- Cultivate a client-centric mindset and maintain solid client relationships.
- Identify opportunities to gain new clients and strengthen client loyalty through clienteling initiatives.
- Manage customer complaints to maintain positive client relationships.
- Motivate the team, promote team spirit, and cultivate a positive and energetic environment.
- Encourage information exchange within the team and conduct morning briefings on specific topics.
- Master company tools and applications, ensuring the team is informed of relevant updates.
- Train and inspire the department sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Identify and propose talents within the team for internal development opportunities.
- Support the Store Manager in market mapping for research purposes.
- Ensure the team operates with the highest level of care and respect for the product.
- Support synergy between front and back of house operations.
- Enforce company procedures on cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities.
- Provide feedback and suggestions concerning department needs to relevant departments.
- Ensure effective back-of-house organization and maintain staff grooming standards.
- Proactively implement company policies and procedures in managing operational activities.
- Experience in a similar role within a department store, particularly in the Ready-to-Wear category for a luxury brand.
- Understanding of high-level customer service.
- Experience in driving CRM KPIs and promoting a clienteling concept.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Results-oriented with the ability to work by objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
Previous experience in a similar managerial role within a luxury department store, with a focus on Ready-to-Wear.
