- Lead the department team to exceed financial targets and enhance sales performance.
- Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing business plans through performance analysis and action plans.
- Drive the team to surpass KPI targets and foster cross-selling and up-selling across product categories.
- Ensure a high standard of client service on the sales floor and lead by example.
- Promote Omni Channel awareness and encourage the use of digital tools for client relationship enhancement.
- Develop the E-commerce channel by ensuring timely responses to orders and maintaining high service standards.
- Stay informed on market trends and share insights with relevant functions.
- Ensure attractive displays that maximize sales in line with company guidelines.
- Cultivate a client-centric mindset, fostering strong client relationships and meaningful after-sales experiences.
- Identify opportunities to acquire new clients and strengthen client loyalty through clienteling initiatives.
- Manage customer complaints to maintain positive client relationships.
- Motivate the team, promoting a positive and energetic environment.
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and conduct morning briefings on specific topics.
- Master company tools and applications, ensuring the team is informed of updates.
- Train and inspire the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Identify and propose internal development opportunities for team members.
- Support the Store Manager in market mapping and research activities.
- Ensure operational excellence in cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
- Provide feedback on department needs to the Store Manager and other departments.
- Maintain an efficient back-of-house organization and uphold staff grooming standards.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are implemented in all operational activities.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury department store, particularly in the Ready-to-Wear category.
- Understanding of high-level customer service.
- Experience in driving CRM KPIs and promoting clienteling concepts.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Results-oriented with a focus on objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
Candidates should have prior experience in a similar role within a luxury department store, particularly in the Ready-to-Wear category.
