- Lead the department team to surpass financial targets and enhance sales performance.
- Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing business strategies based on departmental performance analysis.
- Drive the team to exceed KPI targets and foster cross-selling and up-selling across product categories.
- Ensure a superior client experience by maintaining a strong presence on the sales floor and leading by example.
- Promote Omni Channel awareness and encourage the use of digital tools to enhance client relationships.
- Facilitate the development of the E-commerce channel by ensuring timely and high-standard service delivery.
- Stay informed about market trends and share insights with relevant departments.
- Ensure product displays attract clients and maximize sales in line with company guidelines.
- Cultivate a client-centric mindset, fostering strong client relationships and ensuring exceptional after-sales experiences.
- Proactively identify opportunities to acquire new clients and strengthen client loyalty through clienteling initiatives.
- Manage customer complaints effectively to maintain positive client relationships.
- Motivate the team, promote team spirit, and cultivate a positive and energetic environment.
- Encourage information exchange within the team and conduct morning briefings on specific topics.
- Master company tools and applications, ensuring the team is informed of updates.
- Train and inspire the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Identify and propose talent for internal development opportunities.
- Ensure team development through coaching and follow-ups on individual action plans.
- Support the Store Manager in market mapping and research activities.
- Lead by example in ensuring the highest level of care and respect for products.
- Facilitate cooperation between front and back of house operations.
- Enforce company procedures on cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
- Contribute to the efficient care of company assets.
- Provide feedback and suggestions regarding departmental needs to the Store Manager and other relevant departments.
- Ensure effective back-of-house organization and maintain staff grooming standards.
- Implement company policies and procedures in managing all departmental operational activities.
- Previous experience in a department store, particularly in the Ready-to-Wear category for a luxury brand.
- Understanding of high-level customer service.
- Experience in driving CRM KPIs and promoting clienteling.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
Candidates should possess similar experience in past roles within a department store, especially in the Ready-to-Wear category for a luxury brand.
