1. Drive the department team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to the overall success of the store.
2. Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing business plans by analyzing department performance and proposing relevant action plans.
3. Foster cross-selling and up-selling among product categories and ensure a high standard of client service on the sales floor.
4. Promote Omni Channel awareness and encourage the use of digital tools to enhance client relationships and achieve business objectives.
5. Ensure displays attract clients and maximize sales in accordance with company guidelines.
6. Lead by example to create a welcoming environment and ensure the team meets client needs and requests.
7. Develop and maintain solid client relationships, ensuring excellent client satisfaction and service through the execution of the 'Brand Selling Ceremony.'
8. Act as a strong staff motivator, promoting team spirit and cultivating a positive environment.
9. Train and inspire the department sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
10. Ensure effective and efficient care of company assets, including enforcing company procedures on cash activity, inventory, and logistics.

1. Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus

Proven experience in a managerial role within the luxury retail sector, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and leading a team.

Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus
