1. Act as a Brand Ambassador, achieving qualitative and quantitative objectives for the assigned product category.
2. Manage and motivate the department team to meet sales targets while ensuring exceptional client service.
3. Provide commercial suggestions and insights to the Store Manager.
4. Drive the team to exceed their KPIs and foster the development of the e-commerce channel.
5. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and strengthen customer loyalty through clienteling activities.
6. Train and inspire sales staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures.
7. Identify high-potential collaborators for internal development opportunities.
8. Ensure effective communication and information sharing within the team.
9. Guarantee in-depth product knowledge and support product/collection training needs.
10. Provide feedback and suggestions on department needs to the Store Manager.
11. Ensure the visual presentation and efficient organization of the department.
12. Protect company assets and maintain staff grooming standards.

1. Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
2. Fluent spoken English; other languages are desirable.
