1. Act as a Brand Ambassador, ensuring the achievement of qualitative and quantitative objectives for the assigned product category department.
2. Manage and motivate the department team to achieve sales targets and deliver an extraordinary client service experience.
3. Ensure exceptional customer service and foster cross-selling among product categories.
4. Analyze department performance and define actions to achieve business objectives.
5. Provide commercial suggestions to the Store Manager.
6. Drive the team to exceed their KPIs and stay updated on market trends, sharing insights with relevant functions.
7. Foster the development of the e-commerce channel.
8. Strengthen customer loyalty through engagement and support of clienteling activities, gaining new local customers.
9. Train and inspire sales staff in product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and company procedures.
10. Identify high-potential collaborators for internal development opportunities.
11. Ensure effective communication and encourage information sharing through ad hoc morning briefings.
12. Guarantee in-depth product knowledge within the department and support product/collection training needs.
13. Provide feedback and focused suggestions on department needs to the Store Manager.
14. Ensure the visual presentation of the department and efficient back-of-house organization, protecting company assets and maintaining staff grooming standards.

1. Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus
2. Fluent in Thai and English
