1. Support weekly and monthly CRM KPI tracking and analysis.
2. Assist in creating dashboards and performance summaries for retail teams.
3. Help organize personalized CRM campaigns, including targeting, content, and deployment.
4. Assist in preparing clienteling toolkits for store teams.
5. Support in-store events and gifting initiatives.
6. Collect feedback from stores and share best practices.
7. Assist with the implementation of client-focused initiatives.
8. Coordinate with suppliers for gifts and logistics.
9. Manage invoices and supplier communications.
10. Assist the CRM Manager in creating supplier profiles in internal tools.
11. Support purchase order creation and budget tracking.
12. Manage loyalty-related orders such as gifts, cards, and CRM materials.
13. Support the adoption of CRM processes and digital tools.
14. Help train team members on system use and best practices.
15. Monitor and report on CRM initiatives and productivity KPIs.

1. Strong organizational and time management skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Proactive and flexible attitude with a strong sense of teamwork.
5. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Fluency in English.

No prior experience required, but familiarity with CRM tools and processes is advantageous.
